Jesse is a writer/director and producer. Originally from Miami, Fl, he currently splits his time between London and LA. His most recent feature spec script PENTESTER has been selected to the 2023 Blacklist.  He is also developing HEIST OF BENIN, a feature spec set up with Apple TV, with David Oyelowo attached to star. Other projects in development include FAIRFIELD, a YA adaptation with Igeneration, and POSTER BOY, a TV series set up with Buffalo Dragon. In 2024 he will be lead directing on season 15 of Waterloo Road.

Jesse's most recent credits include directing Love Is A Stranger, episode 4 of season 8's INSIDE NO 9, which received a 5 Star Review in The Times. He was also lead director on BBC One’s flagship return to WATERLOO ROAD (2022), seasons 11 and 12, for which he was nominated for the Victor Adebodun Award for Best Debut Director at the Edinburgh TV Festival.

Jesse's first feature film, CALLOUSED HANDS, starred Andre Royo (HBO's THE WIRE) and Daisy Haggard (BBC'S BACK TO LIFE). Produced through his own company Woolfcub Productions,  it screened in over 20 festivals around the world, garnering numerous awards.  Jesse's second feature film CAGEFIGHTER starred Gina Gershon and Chuck Liddell, and was released in select theaters in 2020, followed with a global online release on Crackle.

Jesse is a full member of BAFTA, Director's UK, and the WGA. Additionally, he is an alum of numerous writing labs and fellowships including the Royal Court Young Writer's Programme, Soho Theatre Writer's Attachment Programme, Berlinale Talent Campus, B3 Media Talent Lab, NALIP Latino Writer's Lab, and the BBC Writer's Room.

In his downtime he enjoys spending time with his family and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which he holds a Black Belt in. Jesse is represented by Gersh Agency in the US and Revolution Talent in the UK.
